With almost four decades of retail experience, I’ve had the joy of turning my passion for retail into a thriving business that spans multiple industries, including boutique retail, event spaces, real estate, and online shopping.
My career began in the corporate world of banking and pharmaceuticals, but retail has always held a special place in my heart. Over the years, I’ve built not just a bustling brick-and-mortar store but also an event venue rental space, Finery on Main Event Venue, a thriving real estate business, Julie Fischbach—The Experience Real Estate, and an expanding online marketplace. These endeavors are all guided by my dedication to bringing value, quality, and exceptional customer service to everything I do.
Growing up with limited resources and getting hands-on work experience from a young age shaped me into the entrepreneur I am today. I’m deeply passionate about small business ownership and community development, and I use this passion to help other entrepreneurs through small business consulting.
At my core, I’m an innovator with a deep belief in creating genuine connections. Whether it’s greeting you at the store or helping you select the perfect gift or product, my goal is to leave you feeling cared for and excited about your experience at Finery Marketplace.
When I’m not running Finery Marketplace or working on my various ventures, I enjoy life in Warner, SD with my husband, Greg. We’ve been happily married for 30 years and are the proud parents of twin daughters, Keeley Fuhrman and Ashley Ogle, who live nearby in South Dakota with their wonderful husbands, Ryder and Tyler, respectively.
