Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@fineryonmain.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label (paid by the customer) and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please note, items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued as store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including: Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders), personal care items (e.g., beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any concerns about whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us for clarification.

Damages and Issues

We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. This allows us to address the issue promptly and make things right.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the quickest solution is to return the original product (following our return process) and place a new order for the desired item once the return is accepted.
